UK Dairy Day requires a completed Risk Assessment and CDM Form to be completed and submitted by all companies exhibiting prior to the build-up and breakdown of stands. All exhibitors must have adequate public liability insurance in place to cover their presence at UK Dairy Day, with certificates available for inspection if required.
Vehicle passes and wristbands will be available at the gate when you arrive, please ensure vehicle passes are completed and placed in visible windscreen.

- Monday 11th September 2023
07:00 to 22:00 - Build up access to venue ‘construction phase’ (All areas)
- Tuesday 12th September 2023
07:00 to 22:00 - Build up access to venue ‘construction phase’ (All areas)
18:00 - All areas close to large equipment/vehicles

EVENT DAY - Wednesday 13th September 2023
- 07:00 to 07:45 - Access to trade stands for ‘dressing phase’
- 07:45 - External Venue doors to close
- 08:00 to 17:30 - UK DAIRY DAY OPENS
- 17:30 to 18:30 - Visitors depart and trade stands ‘un-dressing phase’ NO ACCESS TO CONTRACTORS
- 18:30 to 22:00 - Breakdown access to venue ‘construction phase’ CONTRACTORS ACCESS
- Please note the breakdown of stands involving large items or stand infrastructure is not permitted between 17:30 and 18:30.
- If exhibitors have employees that will remain on the stand after 17:30 to help with the breakdown they will need to have a high-vis jacket on the trade stand ready to wear from 18:30 when the venue enters the construction phase.
