The online booking system is available to book services, as listed below, for trade stands at UK Dairy Day 2024.  The booking system is different to the UK Dairy Day portal therefore you will to use last years username and password.  If you are new the system please select the 'Sign Up' option and if you have any queries please call StagecraftUK on 01952 281600 or email info@stagecraftuk.com

Services and invoices will be provided by The International Centre.  StagecraftUK and EnTICing Food operate and supply as part of the International Centre.

StagecraftUK Services - Please complete the online forms for any trade stand services required.

• Catering including Corkage

Catering - If you plan to bring your own catering supplies you will need to book the corkage fee of £200 excluding an alcohol licence or £300 including an alcohol licence. The fee covers hot, cold and alcoholic beverages including licence (£100 extra), food and snacks.  Bespoke catering requirements like hot sausage rolls, bacon sandwiches, soup, cakes etc can also be ordered, please contact the EnTICing Food Team 01952 281601 or email standcatering@tictelford.com

Payment - Payment can be by credit card or BACS.

Forklifts - There will be forklifts on site as part of the build-up and breakdown by the UK Dairy Day infrastructure team.  If you require a forklift please notify the organiser's office during event build-up and breakdown.
