UK Dairy Day 2024 - Trade Stand Exhibitor Update #2 - March 2024

Trade stand bookings received are being processed and in April we will confirm the trade stand number and location. If you have not yet booked your trade stand you will have been sent an email reminder. If you are a new exhibitor for 2024 and have not yet received contact from us, please email info@ukdairyday.co.uk

Trade Stand Services - The online portal to book trade stand services such as electric, water, catering, carpet, shell scheme etc will be available in April.

Risk Assessment - The forms will be available in April once the trade stands are confirmed and each exhibitor has confirmation of stand number and location.

New Product Competition - The entry form is live for the New Product Competition sponsored by IDEXX. Online entries can be submitted for a new product or service by companies that have a trade stand booked or are sponsoring the 2024 event. https://www.ukdairyday.co.uk/exhibit/new-product-competition/

Advertising - If you would like to promote your business further you can book event guide adverts, website enhanced listing, banners and posters.

UK Dairy Day 2024 - Trade Stand Exhibitor Update #1 - December 2023

We are delighted to announce that the application window is now open to book trade stand space at UK Dairy Day 2024 taking place on Wednesday 11th September 2024 at the International Centre, Telford. The online form is open for existing and new exhibitors, the closing date is 31st March 2024. Trade stand space will be allocated to existing exhibitors as a priority with remaining space offered to new exhibitors.

If you are a new exhibitor, you will need to register online to receive a username and password and complete the trade stand application form. Trade Stand Rates 2024

The UK Dairy Day trade stand rates have remained unchanged since 2022, however, due to increased infrastructure costs a small increase has been applied to rates for the 2024 event.

Rates are for open space only and exclude additional services that if required will need to be booked separately when you receive confirmation of your trade stand size, location and stand number.

The Table Top rate includes 1 x trestle table (no tablecloth) and 2 chairs if required. All prices exclude VAT.

Hall 1 & Hall 2	£48 per m²
Ludlow	£44 per m²
Concourse (min 3m x 3m)	£42 per m²
External	£20 per m²
Hall 3 Foyer and Hall 3 Concourse	£32 per m²
Table Top - Concourse Located in the concourse area and includes 1 x trestle table (no tablecloth) and 2 chairs.	£200 total
Table Top - Sharing Knowledge Zone Located in the Sharing Knowledge Zone on the first floor and includes 1 x trestle table (no tablecloth) and 2 chairs. (Non-commercial)	By invitation
NBDC Breed Village in Hall 3 Concourse 3m frontage x 2m depth (6m²) Breed society trade stands only	£120 total

*Breed Societies can apply for trade stand space in other areas however rates for the relevant area will apply.

When your trade stand booking is confirmed, an invoice will be sent for the total amount to be paid by BACS within 30 days of the invoice date.

If you need to cancel your trade stand space, please notify the organisers by email or writing as soon as possible. We reserve the right to re-let any cancelled space.

After 1 July 2024 if your trade stand invoice has not been paid, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. No refunds will be given after 1 July 2024.

Trade Stand Services and Health & Safety - The booking forms for trade stand services, catering, health and safety forms including CDM regulation information will be published in the new year. Please note that if your stand will be over 4 metres it will need special clearance from The International Centre and UK Dairy Day with plans submitted.
