The Holstein UK Group have signed up as a Platinum Contributor of the Milk Your Moments campaign alongside Arla, Dale Farm, First Milk, Glanbia, Lactalis, Graham’s and Saputo Dairy UK.
The campaign is all about the importance of taking a moment to connect or reconnect with the people in our lives and celebrate dairy’s role in those social moments. The Milk Your Moments campaign is aimed at addressing the fall in milk sales due to the coronavirus outbreak. It also teams up with mental health charity MIND to highlight the importance of human connections and to encourage open conversations with others to make a positive impact on people’s mental health, especially during these difficult times.
“It is important that the Holstein UK Group support the Milk Your Moments campaign to drive awareness and consumption of dairy products for our UK dairy farmers especially during the challenges the industry is facing a result of the coronavirus pandemic. By sharing the campaign on our websites, e-newsletters, social media platforms and in our membership printed media we can reach an audience within the dairy industry and beyond to help further connect and celebrate the importance of milk and dairy products in everyday life”, says Sue Cope, CEO of the Holstein UK Group.
